On this visit there was a Queen Creek Parks and Recreation staff rep who was helping out - making sure that the kids were being safe and not climbing on the structures. 
Super nice! You can see her table in the background of the picture below.



 I love how there are shaded seats all around this splash pad.




There is even a park next door that is shaded. Great place for the Arizona hot summers. 

Make sure you bring sun tan lotion and water and maybe even a picnic :-)

My mouth is watering as I type this! Food trucks will arrive at 6p.m. and the music will play from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. The Handlebar Diner will be open for dinner as well. First Friday concerts are free, family friendly and open to the public. Please do not bring pets for safety reason

In case you are wondering what the rules are: There are bathrooms located towards the center of this park: You can even go fishing at the nearby lake.
