The monorail was currently closed -hopefully it's up and running when you visit





Make sure you bring water, towels, sun tan lotion, sandals and water shoes (to avoid slipping) and maybe even a picnic as there are a lot of places to enjoy this wonderful park!

There is a new building next door known as Handlebar Diner   The website says it will be open in the spring of this year 2017 Here are the rules: Don't Forget First Friday Concerts at Eastmark September 7th is the first friday of the month which means that there is a free concert and food trucks to purchase amazing food!!! My mouth is watering as I type this! Food trucks will arrive at 6p.m. and the music will play from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. The Handlebar Diner will be open for dinner as well. First Friday concerts are free, family friendly and open to the public. Please do not bring pets for safety reason

You can see her table in the background of the picture below.  I love how there are shaded seats all around this splash pad. There is even a park next door that is shaded. Great place for the Arizona hot summers.  Make sure you bring sun tan lotion and water and maybe even a picnic :-)
